A few years ago I picked up the hobby of 3d-printing. I started off with a machine that was pre-built and quite small and have worked my way up to a custom-built machine that I use on an almost daily basis. It has been a learning curve, but I have found the extra flexibility added to my workflow has been invaluable!
These are just some of the projects I've worked on for myself and for clients, there are raw(unfinished) versions here and also finished(painted or airbrushed).

Little Groot from Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2
A much larger version of Lil' Groot, this one was about 4 times the size of the first that I did. You can see the raw 3d parts(in yellow) in the top image, then the finished groot in the bottom image.
Darksaber from Star Wars: Rebels
Raw print, still on the heat bed. This is Han Solo's DL-44 blaster from Star Wars: A New Hope
Starlord's Elemental gun from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1
Tony Stark could build this in a cave with a box of scraps, I instead did it on my 3d printer! Iron Man Arc Reactor Ver. 1
Skull wars prints, these were done in multiple pieces and assembled, the jaws are articulated!
First portion of a Chopper build for Star Wars: Rebels
Finished Star Wars blasters, these were various blasters from the Star Wars universe that were 3D printed and then painted by myself for a client.
This is a completely 3D printed BB8 dome, it was done in many pieces, assembled and painted. Please view the BB8 project on my portfolio for further pictures/steps of the process.
